AAPG ICE 2018 in Cape Town is coming quickly, and we are seeking volunteer judges for oral and poster sessions. If you are planning to attend the conference, please consider volunteering as a judge. Judges provide a valuable service to the conference and help us honor our presenters with various Best Poster Presentation and Best Oral Presentation awards. Additionally, these awards help future conferences and local societies discover and identify speakers and content that they would like to include in their events or publications. As a judge, you will help ideas and information from ICE 2018 flow out of the Cape Town South Africa!

Instructions to Volunteer to Judge:
Using the online registration, you will be asked if you would like to judge at the conference. Once you indicate yes, you will be asked how many sessions you would like to judge. You can indicate up to six sessions you would be willing to judge. Once we receive your volunteer notice, we will try to assign you to your first choice. If the first choice is already full of volunteers we will go to your second choice.
